Return & Refund Policy (Jordan) 

At PhoneForYou, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for "change of mind" or "no longer needed" purchases. Full refunds are exclusively processed for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. 

10-Day Return Window 

You have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return if the product is found to be defective or incorrect. Requests made after this 10-day period will not be eligible for a refund or return. 

Defective or Damaged Items 

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@phoneforyou.store within the 10-day window. 

Once we evaluate and confirm the issue, we will provide return instructions. After we receive and inspect the item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Eligibility for Defective Returns 

To be eligible for a full refund: 

  • The defect must be reported within 10 days of delivery. 

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it (unused/unworn). 

  • It must include all original tags and packaging. 

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. 

Non-Refundable Situations 

In accordance with local trade practices, we do not offer refunds or returns for: 

  • Change of mind or "no longer needed" requests. 

  • Sale items or products purchased during promotions. 

  • Items damaged through customer misuse or improper handling. 

  • Custom or personalized products.
